Our client, a key National Oil Company in the Middle East active in the oil & gas upstream was requesting our help to set the basis for a large scale Digital Transformation
As they quickly realized that no digital transformation would have been possible without a clear Data Strategy, Master Data Management and Corporate Information Factory, we started working on it.
In a very compressed timeline of 6 months we were able to define the Master Data Management for all their business units, and to create a pilot of the Corporate Information Factory.
At the same time, we designed the roadmap to implement it in an 18 months effort encompassing the whole revamp of the entire set of data structures and solutions from a logical and physical perspective
