The We.Solutions team defined and managed the implementation of an end to end digital strategy for a key multinational MDB
Executive summary
Starting from a very bold business strategy which was designed to move a single lender MDB towards other fields including crowdfunding, private equity and venture capital, we worked with the MDB president and C-level team to design an end to end digital strategy. The Digital strategy included a full set of initiatives to transform their IT department into a fully empowered digital department, moving it from an infrastructure and network centric service model towards a full business partner role.
We designed and implemented the full operating model from people and process perspective, and we designed the end to end technology blueprint that we are working on implementing now.
At the same time, we redesigned the full outsourcing model, aiming at rationalizing cost for the activities which are far away from the business priorities and defined a full reskilling and hiring plan aimed at making sure the right skills are acquired to manage the new operating model.
